Transparency Statement:
In slowly launching my own private practice November 2025 it behooves me to make a statement about fee structure, and the hidden costs of managing all my own administrative duties. Per my research, I'm putting 60% of the "fee" I charge for my services into (1) overhead-20%, (2) savings-20%, and (3) taxes-20%, yielding a "take home" amount that I'll indicate in [brackets]. The purpose of this is to make more clear that the cost of doing business is part of what your paying for. As an independent business-woman I "take home" a fraction, 40% of the fee to keep my independent business running - in other words, I put most of it into the operations and taxes of the business as a whole.
My goal at this phase of my business is to affirm me as a minimal viable product - to answer the question, do people actually want my therapeutic services? After that maybe I'll get a brick and mortar location.
Evaluation (90m) ∘ $225 [$90.00]
An initial assessment of your history is important for me to best get a sense of your full self - it puts into context the symptoms/needs your presenting with when seeking therapy.
Art Therapy Session (45m) ∘ $125 [$50.00]
Grief boxes are one way art therapy can allow us to visually contain and carry our emotions one at a time. Sometimes the weight of un-integrated grief can be layered and make it difficult to live fully.
Individual Session (60m) ∘ $165 [$66.00]
Our focus will be a collaborate effort on your progress, preferences, and goals for the upcoming week. We may discuss recent events, emotional experiences, social encounters, or your here-and-now emotional release.
Professional Preview (90m) ∘ $20 [cap 9 members per session, $72.00]

You get a chance to see and feel my vibes in person. What better way to refer your clients who need to integrate grief or identity complications.
Family Session (90m) ∘ $210 [$84.00]
Up to 3 members are welcome to gather, discuss, and make sense of family losses, recent conflicts, or plan for future difficulties. Grief and loss show up differently in each member of a family unit. I'm here to assist the family adjust.
Group Therapy Sessions
Group is my passion. There is nothing like spending quality time with a group of people who feel cohesion ("togetherness") and can build on this dynamic to laugh together, cry together, and be proof that people are still good, and humanity lives on.
